A panel of independent judges selected LANXESS India on the basis of low absenteeism, high customer satisfaction, good economic returns and low employee turnover.

LANXESS was selected after an extensive scanning carried out by a qualified research team of faculty and students aided by an independent panel of judges, composed of leading authors, academics and industry leaders.

The award was given on the occasion of the Fourth Amity Global HR Summit in 2007.
