Business Unit: Inorganic Pigments

Qualification: Graduation in Science / Chemistry / Chemical Engg with sales       experience of 7 to 10 years and 2 to 3 year of experience in Pigment industry

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for successful running and growing IPG business in South India (Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Karnataka)
  • Ensure good channel management (reviewing distribution set up, appointing competitive dealers for IPG)
  • Exploring new business opportunities through targeted untapped markets in order to enhance the sales growth
  • Ensure performance of the products based on knowledge of the end applications and provide feedback to the BU Head
  • Increase in customer satisfaction index through timely support and service on pre and after sales issues such as right product offerings and attending to technical complaints (with the support of technical manager)
  • Provide support to BU Head for I ndia Sales strategy (responsible to product and market strategy for South Region)
  • Execute price increase / Improved product mix across the South Region
  • Improve the market position of IPG year on year
  • Provide analysis on import data on FEO m-o-m to APAC region and to  IPG Indian team
  • Plan inventory management for Chennai warehouse for the South region
  • Maintain all updates in CRM for South Region

Other requisites:

  • Must have 2 - 3 years of experience into Pigments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Managing customer base of 400+
  • Handling and Building a strong distribution set up
