On the LANXESS experience:
Being a part of LANXESS is a matter of pride for me. The team here at LANXESS is very professional and characterized by mutual cooperation and understanding, just like I have in my own family. Being now an integral part of the LANXESS family, I always feel joy and satisfaction.
On balancing work-life:
When you understand, plan and execute in a logical manner and with full dedication, every commitment gets fulfilled. This is what I try to do. My hobbies are playing cricket and reading spiritual books.
