Shilpi Nemlekar is in charge of inventory and scheduling for the Inorganic Pigments Department. Her day-to-day responsibilities include obtaining requirements from marketing and other teams, checking the availability of stock, placing orders and following up to make sure that products reach the customer as per schedule. She joined Bayer in 1995 and was transferred to LANXESS when the company started operations.
