V. Bhaskaran is a Senior Manager - Quality Control Product Development, Leather Chemicals for LANXESS in Madurai. His responsibilities include all aspects of quality control, selection of raw materials, and development of specifications.  He has almost two decades of experience in the chemical industry. He joined LANXESS in 2007, and previously worked for Clariant Chemicals.

On the LANXESS experience:

I am happy to work for a multinational company that cares for quality of products, safety of individuals, and the environment.  
Working for LANXESS has developed my technical and analytical skills. We get support from Germany on new product development and strategy to position new products in the market, which broadens my experience. I am proud to be part of LANXESS’s young and dynamic team.

On balancing work-life:

I manage my work as well as domestic requirements by proper planning. My hobbies are listening to music and gardening.
