LANXESS expanding its education support initiative in Nagda
LANXESS, a global specialty chemicals company having a manufacturing site at Nagda has further supported schools in Nagda as a part of social responsibility. Government Primary school at Palya village and the primary section of Bharat Commerce Vidyalaya have been supported with some essential items for school infrastructure and some stationary and school kit items for the students. The items for the school include furniture, almirah and teaching assistance materials. This contribution was made at a ceremony at the Government Primary School at Palya village.
While presiding over the function, Mr. Bappa Bandyopadhyay, Vice President – Manufacturing, Nagda Site, LANXESS India said, “Education has always been a focus area in our corporate social responsibility strategy and it is our pleasure to be able to help schools in and around Nagda for providing better education.”
Earlier this year, LANXESS has supported the Shaskiya Prathamik Vidyalaya in Mehtawas, Shaskiya Kanya Shaala, Nagda in a similar manner.
