LANXESS supports several schools in Nagda
LANXESS India Private Limited, the global specialty chemicals company having a manufacturing plant in Nagda has made yet another initiative towards supporting education of children in and around Nagda.
LANXESS is helping provide supporting infrastructure to the government school, Shaskiya Kanyashala, located near the Nagda railway station as well as essential items for around 320 students of the school. These include tables and chairs, blackboards, teaching aids for classrooms, cupboards and water purifier for the school and stationery items, shoes, woolen wear, school bags, lunch boxes, water bottles etc for the children.
LANXESS has supported the Bharat Commerce Vidyalaya in Nagda and the Shaskiya Prathamik Vidyalaya in Mehtawas in the past on several occasions.
LANXESS firmly believes in supporting the communities in the region of its operation and an essential step in that direction is through enabling education of young children.
On this occasion, Mr. Neelanjan Banerjee, Senior Executive Director, LANXESS India said, “We sincerely wish the students of Nagda a great future and hope that our initiatives help them receive better education.”
