Civil Hospital Nagda

 • Dialysis and RO Machine – In 2018, after taking feedback from the hospital authorities, LANXESS supported the Nagda Civil hospital with another dialysis machine worth INR 6,40,640. This ensured timely treatment at affordable costs for the local patients improving the quality of medical aid in the region.

In 2016, LANXESS India donated a state-of-the-art dialysis machine to the hospital. Having identified a still existent gap in the medical facilities available to the local population. The idea was to reduce dependability on medical establishments based in far-off cities like Ujjain & Indore. Setting up of the dialysis machine in the Nagda Civil hospital ensured timely treatment at affordable costs for the local patients improving the quality of medical aid in the region.

• Sonography Machine - As part of its three-year long commitment to contribute towards the upgradation of the existing facilities and infrastructure of the Civil hospital, Nagda, LANXESS provided   a much-needed state-of-the-art sonography machine worth INR 10,00,000 for the hospital. This was the organizations quick response to the request from the local authorities along with the hospital management who presented to LANXESS the need of a sonography machine as the patients, especially women, had to travel long distances to get such basic tests done. The Civil hospital has undertaken the responsibility to operate and maintain the sonography machine.

• Digital X-Ray Machine – In 2015, LANXESS India donated a Digital X – Ray Machine. With the installation of the new machine, Nagda’s was the first civil Hospital in the entire district of Ujjain with the ultra-modern facility. The installation facilitated the residents of Nagda and the nearby villagers getting accurately diagnosed at reasonable and affordable cost.
