LANXESS India secures 2nd spot at the Manufacturing Today Awards for ‘Excellence in HR’

LANXESS India has won the 2nd spot in the recently concluded Manufacturing Today Awards, 2015 under the ‘EXCELLENCE IN HR’ category for large enterprises. With the first spot going to Pune based Eaton Fluid Power, LANXESS India pipped Nokia Solutions & Networks India and Blue Star Limited to secure the runners-up position.

Surabhi Mittal, Vice President – Human Resources & Administration, accepted the honor on behalf of LANXESS India at a gala event in Pune. Speaking on the occasion, Mittal said, “This is a recognition of our sustained efforts in creating an excellent working environment for our employees and keeping in alignment with global best practices within the HR industry”.
