LANXESS Registered Office in Thane

The registered office of LANXESS India Private Limited has moved to new address in Thane. The new office, conveniently located approximately 15 minutes from the Eastern Express Highway will house all local business unit heads and sales teams, the service functions and the Competency and Development Centre. LANXESS will be the majority user in the new building which is named “LANXESS House”.

The building was constructed taking various “green” factors into account. The building is energy efficient and has a built-in wastewater system – underlining LANXESS role as a pioneer in Green Chemistry and the commitment of the company when it comes to Corporate Responsibility. The new head office of LANXESS India has features like water cooled gensets, power saving VRV air-conditioning, energy efficient lighting and a rain water harvesting system.
