LANXESS B-Able Skill Center

This is a co-branded programme wherein LANXESS has collaborated with a social enterprise B-Able (BASIX Academy for Building Lifelong Employability Limited) to support skill development initiatives imparting skill/vocational training to underprivileged youth along with job placement. The candidates are given training under the categories of Sewing Machine operators and Call Centre training. A total of 138 candidates were enrolled for the courses wherein 129 completed the training and were certified. The candidates were also assisted for placements. A total of 96 candidates have been placed in companies or have started their own business.
